Delete your account

You can delete your Okolo account and all its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Settings (the menu at the top of the garage).
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted right away and you’re signed out.

By email

No longer have the app? Write to [email protected] from the email address of your Okolo account (with Sign in with Apple and a hidden email, tell us the Apple ID you signed in with). We’ll delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in with Apple or Google; with Apple, Okolo also withdraws its access to your Apple ID.
• Your bikes, parts, service tasks and records, suspension settings and their history, rides and preferences.
• Everything Okolo got from Strava. Okolo’s access to your Strava account is withdrawn too; your rides on Strava itself stay untouched.
• Your phone’s notification token.

Copies in our encrypted backups disappear at the latest 30 days after deletion. Deleting the account can’t be undone.
